After over 12 years of experience in Miami real estate and nine-figures worth of individual property sales, the inception of Greenway Real Estate Partners was born. Serving more as a consultant and partner than a salesperson, Greenway Real Estate Partners’ founder, Charles Celesia, saw the opportunity to offer his wide range of experience, services, and investment arm to more than just Buyers and Sellers that were in need of a real estate salesperson.

Additionally, we’ve advised on multi family acquisitions, motel transactions, hundreds of condominium and single family home sales.

With a passion for design and perfection, Greenway Real Estate Partners have managed and facilitated the design on several, individual projects for clients; tapping into unrealized equity and achieving higher rental rates.
